Native Bone Growth Factors

BBS has developed a therapeutically active protein mixture extracted from reindeer bone. The protein has potential for many different therapeutic forms. Several formulations have been developed for testing. BBS product development is currently in the advanced preclinical stage.

The proprietary production process of BBS yields a balanced mixture of different growth factors and other regulating components. Each has a specific role in the process of new bone formation. Due to the complementing function of different protein species much lower levels of active BMP's are needed to produce the therapeutic effect.
