The production facility in Reisjärvi, Northern Finland is completely owned by BBS.

The patent protected manufacturing line for the production of ARTEBONE® includes the bioprocess instrumentation, clean rooms as well as quality systems and controls compliant with the requirements for manufacturing a medical device product. The manufacturing facility for medicines received authorization  in September 2015 by the Finnish Medicines Agency FIMEA.

The production facility is capable of large scale production with excellent product consistency.

The proprietary patented manufacturing process is based on over ten years of pioneering scientific research and product development.
